COLLECTED DATA

 

When you fill out the contact form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Your surname
  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Connection data (IP address)

Based on the document that you attach to the contact form, we can, in addition, collect the following personal data:

  • Your phone number
  • Your postal address
  • Your professional email address (non-generic business email address when you are a SATYS customer or supplier)
  • Your connection data (IP address)

 

REASONS FOR COLLECTING YOUR  PERSONAL DATA  

Your personal data is collected as a result of the following actions:

  • Application for a job with the HR department
  • Spontaneous application to the HR department
  • Transmission of an invoice by a supplier
  • Claim from a supplier
  • Claim from a client
  • Request for information from one of the SATYS departments listed in the "contacts" section 

Only data strictly required for the purposes stated above is collected.

WHO RECEIVES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your data is communicated internally to different departments within SATYS. Your data can only be accessed with the required authorizations, for a limited time and in accordance with regulation. It can be transmitted to the subcontractors we use in the context of our activity (marketing agencies ...).

TRANSFERS OF YOUR DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION We keep your personal data in the European Union. However, if we have to transfer your data to subcontractors outside of the Union, we will ensure that the processing is governed by an appropriate legal mechanism such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses which ensure a sufficient level of protection of privacy and individual rights.

You can exercise your right of access, your right of rectification, your right of cancellation, your right of opposition, your right of limitation, your right to portability and define the fate of your personal data after your death.
